The property was brought to the attention of Combined Asset Management as Combined Roofing Australia is the roofing contractor for Sydney University. Sections of the building are in very poor condition and spaces of the building have recently been evacuated due to safety concerns.

Combined Asset Management delivered a 50-page report, outlining the precise condition of each roof and providing a detailed rectification budget. Sydney University subsequently engaged our parent company, Combined Roofing Australia, to carry out the recommended works. All repairs were completed to a high standard, successfully rectifying the leaks and ensuring the roofs’ integrity.
